Hi there! I'm so glad you stopped by! I'm Mary. Wife to Brian and mama to four awesome little boys. (Yes, FOUR!) We live in NY with a small flock of chickens, a cat, and some plans for a little farmette of our own. I am a reader, an amateur gardener, a certified doula, a devotee of the JPII's Theology of the Body, and a passionate learner doing my best to live a grateful, joyful, intentional life. And I'm a Catholic. I even have a degree in Theology which makes it that much more official.
Once upon a time I pledged to never get married, to get my law degree and to join the FBI. Then God let me know that He wanted me to learn to love and to do so I would be called to a much different life than what my plans had entailed. This blog is mainly to chronicle the events and life of my family that I far too often forget. And once in a while to pontificate on the subjects that I hold close to my heart.
